Assembler – 1st Shift Penmac Staffing is hiring a dependable Assembler for a full-time, 1st shift opportunity with a manufacturing client in the Conway, AR area. This is a temp-to-hire position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, using tools, and building quality products in a safety-focused environment. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for building equipment by following detailed instructions and ensuring quality standards are met before shipment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new processes. Assembler Responsibilities
- Assemble equipment using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform sub-assembly work by preparing, aligning, and fitting component parts prior to final assembly
- Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards
Requirements for the Assembler
- Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $14.00 per hour
- Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (four 10-hour shifts)
