Assembler Direct Hire

FieldBridge is looking for a direct hire Assembler in Florence, KY. to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. 

Pay Rate/Schedule:
$20.00–$22.50/hour + $2.50 shift differential | 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM | At $25/hr and 40 hours a week, for example, earn a weekly paycheck of $1,000 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is seeking an Assembler to support production at SLB's Florence, KY facility. This role is responsible for assembling and testing products across multiple product lines, and for troubleshooting issues that come up during the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components across all product lines, selecting the correct tools and fixtures for each job
• Test assembled products; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and testing
• Read blueprints and identify components accurately
• Use hand tools and rework techniques, and operate equipment to dimension and set tolerances on mechanical parts and assemblies
• Create labor records for all transactions
• Support continuous improvement using Manufacturing System tools and principles

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–2 years' experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Clear, professional communication with management and peers
• Basic computer proficiency (email, online certifications/testing)
• Able to lift or carry at least 50 lbs
