Assembler

Position: Assembly / Production Associate
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Manufacturing / Warehouse Environment

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for an Assembly / Production position. Candidates will be responsible for assembling parts and products, inspecting finished items, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to company specifications.

• Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Package, label, and prepare completed products.

• Follow production schedules and meet daily goals.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

• Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors.

• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand for an entire shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

• Must be reliable and have good attendance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must follow all safety and PPE requirements, including steel-toe footwear when required.
