ASSEMBLER – ENTRY LEVEL

You don't need previous assembly or manufacturing experience to be considered. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are good with their hands, enjoy working with tools or putting things together, and are eager to learn.
Our client is a well-established organization that values its employees and is willing to train the right person from the ground up.
Location: Plainview, NY (fully onsite)
Temporary to hire
Payrate: $20-$22/hr

What we're looking for:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependability and good attendance
• Good with their hands and comfortable working with tools, parts, or equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, mechanical or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required

• Perform a variety of mechanical assembly tasks according to specifications and work instructions
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble components and finished products
• Work with equipment such as power drills, screw guns, torque wrenches, and other mechanical tools
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality and accuracy
