### Become a Key Player as a Mechanical Assembler

You will assemble and test mechanical products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery goals, supporting production and quality stakeholders. You will work onsite on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday) and operate under direct supervisory guidance. Your role advances lean initiatives and contributes to process improvements on the shop floor.

### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

- Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, and assembly fixtures

- Record test results on data forms and operate basic electrical equipment and flow meters

- Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives

- Produce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards

- Perform touch-up or full surface painting and related finishing tasks as needed

- Participate in lean initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities

- Maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area and follow safety rules

- Ensure equipment calibration per schedule

### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Hands-on experience as a mechanical assembler or similar production role

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints

- Comfortable using torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, power and hand tools

- Experience with precision measurements and documenting torque values

- Able to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs

- Willingness to work 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and be open to overtime or weekend shifts if needed

### Here's What Else Might Help You Out

- Experience in ISO-certified or regulated environments (e.g., aerospace, medical devices)

- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing processes

- Experience with electromechanical assemblies or aerospace components

### Pay Range

$16.00 - $20.00/hour
