Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:30 PM–10:30 PM

Job Summary
Entry-level manufacturing position working in the Catheter Room. Responsible for assembling medical-device components, performing catheter manufacturing processes, operating equipment, and following established quality and production procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations.
- Assemble electronic/mechanical components and subassemblies.
- Work with small components and catheter manufacturing processes.
- Use dip tanks for catheter production.
- Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, schematics, and visual aids.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, jigs, saws, and production equipment.
- Set up initial layouts for assembly operations.
- Perform continuity checks on work-in-process and finished products.
- Conduct quality inspections according to specifications.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test products as needed.
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic machinery.
- Monitor equipment and report malfunctions.
- Complete manufacturing documentation and record production data.
- Support assembly, processing, packaging, and other manufacturing activities.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions.
- Comfortable working with small components and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to understand diagrams, schematics, and visual work instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work onsite and maintain production standards.
Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Work Requirements
- 100% onsite in Dexter, MI.
- Must be available for 2nd shift: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM.
- Flexibility to complete training on 1st or 2nd shift.
