Job Summary:
Mechanically and electrically assemble motors, and wire T Boxes in various motor designs per drawings provided.
Responsibilities:
Wiring - Read electrical diagrams and wire accordingly. Requires prolonged periods of standing and bending on a concrete floor. Mechanical Assembly - Requires lifting, climbing, pulling ability to install equipment into cabinets and enclosures. Cabling - Requires physical ability to bend, and route cable per drawings provided.
Experience:
0-4 years experience with motor assembly
Experience in industrial manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of electrical instruments or devices in the operation of electrical motors, generators, power transmission or automatic equipment preferred.
Mechanical ability
Good hand and finger coordination
Ability to study, analyze, and interpret specification work sheets (BOM and drawings) with trainer.

Temperature controlled
Physical Requirements:
Standing 8-10hrs per day 5-6 days per week, lift, pull, push, grasp, repetitive motions, hammering end turn coils with Hammer (mallet), Use of Hand /Fingers to lace coils end, Use of thumb, index and middle finger to guide wires inside the slot every coil, Grinder to polish metal and Forming tooling as needed.
