The Assembler 1 role is expected to be in individual that under direct supervision is capa ble of following instructions both verbal and written and demonstrates a willingness to learn assembly processes and procedures quickly while striving for continuous improvement

Essential Responsibilities |
· Adhere to all safety processes and procedures. · Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies. · Produce and install wiring onto components following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies. · Capable of completing minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures including cutting, drilling, and tapping. · Maintain a neat and orderly work area. |

Qualifications/Requirements |
· High school diploma or equivalent. · Willingness to learn new product. · Familiar with basic hand and power tool usage. · Possesses basic mechanical aptitude. |
