Job Summary**

Responsible for assembling electronic and computer components and sub-assemblies according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform precise assembly of electronic and computer components, including circuit boards, cables, and enclosures, using various hand tools and power tools.
* Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to ensure accurate product construction.
* Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to identify and rectify defects, ensuring products meet quality standards.
* Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools safely and effectively.
* Document production activities, including completed units, defects, and any issues encountered during the assembly process.
* Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve assembly challenges.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
* Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as assembly instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
* Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, cutters) and basic power tools.
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods.
