About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Tucson, AZ. This position focuses on assembling products, inspecting components, and ensuring all parts meet quality and performance standards. The role offers flexibility with varying shifts, including potential overtime, to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specified procedures and quality standards
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations
• Detect and report defective parts, equipment malfunctions, or production issues
• Meet daily production quotas and performance targets
• Work independently and collaboratively to achieve manufacturing goals
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sorting, grading, or quality assurance in manufacturing
• Familiarity with industrial assembly processes and equipment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs as needed
