Assembly - Manufacturing About the PositionFalls Filtration Technologies is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Assembly / Production Associate to join our manufacturing team.The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is committed to producing quality products in a safe and efficient environment.Job ResponsibilitiesAssemble components and finished products according to work instructions and production requirements.Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and properly.Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to a supervisor.Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Assist with other production duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring equipment preferred.Strong attention to detail and quality.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn new tasks and processes.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks.Ability to lift and move materials within the position's established lifting requirements.Ability to safely perform assigned duties in a manufacturing environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.Why Join Falls Filtration Technologies?We value employees who take pride in their work, support their teammates, and contribute to producing high-quality products.
