Overview

Looking for a hands-on career opportunity with a growing company? We're hiring Mechanical Assemblers to join a production team in Mukilteo. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, experience using hand and power tools, and the ability to read and follow assembly drawings.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians assembling equipment, routing wiring, installing components, and supporting production operations in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Whether your background is in assembly, construction, manufacturing, installation, automotive work, maintenance, or another hands-on trade, this position offers the opportunity to build valuable technical skills and grow with a company experiencing continued expansion.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with mechanical assembly of equipment and sub-assemblies
• Strip wires, wire harnesses, and multi-conductor cables
• Route and run wires according to assembly drawings and work instructions
• Install wires into labeled terminals and terminal blocks
• Support experienced technicians with pre-build and assembly tasks
• Follow assembly drawings and diagrams to complete assigned work
• Work around scissor lifts to build, wire, and install sub-assemblies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Construction, installation, maintenance, or automotive experience
• Electrical assembly, cable assembly, or wire harness experience
• Wire stripping and cable preparation experience
• Experience routing wire and terminating connections
