Position Overview:

Lantex Corporation is hiring two Assemblers to support our production team in assembling custom blinds. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for individuals with assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with small parts in a consistent and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble window blinds at a dedicated work station, focusing on the installation of small parts in the headrail (top section) that controls blind movement

• Occasionally retrieve components from an adjacent storage area

• Follow precise instructions to ensure product accuracy and consistency

• Perform quality checks to maintain high standards in every unit produced

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in assembly or light manufacturing is preferred

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Strong patience and focus—repetitive tasks require consistent accuracy

• Must have consistent work history—gaps and short-term roles will be reviewed closely by the client

• Must pass a measuring test and a fractions-to-decimals conversion test

• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required
