• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly (OT40)

• Duration: 11/4/2026 – 11/4/2027 (1 Year)

• Work Schedule: 4/10 Schedule | Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST (Overtime available on weekends)

Position Summary

We are seeking a proficient Mechanical Assembler for a manufacturing environment in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience utilizing hand tools, reading technical drawings, and working within regulated manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and CCA assembly processes following production flow requirements.

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, specifications, and detailed work instructions.

• Utilize hand tools efficiently while maintaining good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment as required.

• Troubleshoot problems, identify production issues, and determine appropriate next steps.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality commitments.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 (one) year of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of CCA and mechanical assembly processes and production flow.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and diagrams.

  • Proficient working with hand tools and strong manual dexterity.

• General Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, plus proficient computer skills.

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

• Experience with SAP, Solumina, or a willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (including Outlook).

• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities.

Additional Requirements

• Worksite: Onsite full-time in Clearwater, FL.

• Medical Screening: Candidate must successfully take and pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide.

• Compliance: Background check, drug test, PIIA, and standard onboarding verifications apply upon offer acceptance.
