Join a team developing advanced electronics that support military personnel across air, land, sea, and space. This hands-on manufacturing role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a state-of-the-art production environment.

  • Assemble electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, and modules using prints, wiring lists, diagrams, process sheets, and visual aids.
  • Perform wire termination, soldering, wire harness installation, cable assembly, and mechanical assembly operations.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
  • Assemble, disassemble, modify, inspect, and test production and prototype assemblies.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with IPC-610, J-STD, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
  • Use hand tools, crimping tools, precision measuring devices, and test equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following ESD and material handling procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of related electronic assembly experience.
  • Experience with soldering, wiring, harnesses, cabling, and small device assembly.
  • Ability to work from technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Computer literacy and ability to document work accurately.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain ESD, Material Handling, and Solder Certifications.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of electronic assembler experience.
  • Experience with electronic/mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working under a microscope.
  • Knowledge of electronic components including resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, relays, and transformers.
  • Ability to become solder certified and perform advanced soldering operations.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
