Working alongside the Project Superintendent, this position will oversee an entire construction project or a portion of a larger, complex project, managing operations, budgets, schedules, and relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Manage project startup and support preconstruction activities, including quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, bid packages, trade coordination, and scheduling.
