Assembler (On-site)

Our client is seeking an experienced Assembler to support the production of advanced electronic systems within the aerospace and defense industry. This position is responsible for assembling, disassembling, modifying, and inspecting production subassemblies while following established work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.

• Assemble, disassemble, and modify production subassemblies according to work plans and instructions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and conformance with specifications.
• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and related production documentation.
• Perform electronic assembly work while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Enter and maintain production information using MRP and data collection systems.
• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a production team.
• Learn new technologies, processes, and procedures as required.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of electronic assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Ability to become solder certified.
• IPC-610/620 certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay Rate: Up to $24.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, typically 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (4/10 schedule)
