Pay Rate: Starting at $15.75 per hourPosition SummaryThe General Laborer supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with production activities, material handling, assembly tasks, quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and contributing to production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with basic production and assembly operations.
- Support machine operators with material handling, setup, and production processes.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Perform basic inspections and quality checks on products.
- Accurately record production information and complete required documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist coworkers and supervisors as needed to meet production schedules and goals.
- Perform other general labor and production-related duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work scheduled overtime and Saturdays when required.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
Preferred
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor roles.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety requirements.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Regular Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Overtime Schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
