Assembler - Second Shift

Job Title: Assembler - Second Shift
Location: Wharton, NJ
Type: Contract
Compensation: $15.92
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assembling components used in the packaging of cosmetic products.
• Follow established assembly procedures and production instructions.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
