Previous manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production experience preferred
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
Ability to assemble large mechanical parts and industrial components
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and basic technical drawings
Experience using measuring tools and installing bolts, fittings, and fasteners
Comfortable handling large or heavy components using proper equipment and safety procedures
