Assembler/Tester B

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated individuals for our technical assembler roles in a reputable company that manufactures fuel pumps and pneumatic valves for commercial aviation and military air & ground vehicles. This is a direct hire opportunity for candidates who are committed and looking to grow with an employer that values mutual respect and longevity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, complex pumps with precision, using between 60-150 pieces to create an electrical pump no larger than 18 inches.
• Work collaboratively in a 'cell' environment with 2-3 colleagues, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Utilize hand tools and test stand equipment to ensure high-quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately.
• Problem-solve and critically think when faced with assembly challenges.
• Demonstrate outstanding manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and education verification required prior to submission.
• Mechanically inclined with at least 2 years of experience in small precision technical work.
• Experience in building small and complex objects, either professionally or as a hobby.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, goal-oriented, and adaptable team player.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• A manual dexterity test will be conducted during the interview process.

Shift Details

• 1 opening - 11:30 am – 8:00 pm
• 7 openings - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
