You are a part of the Emergency Care and Resuscitation (ECR) Operations Team organization within Philips Healthcare in Bothell, WA. This group is leading the way in emergency care and resuscitation from the field to the hospital, through our innovative portfolio of defibrillator-monitors and AEDs.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform all levels of electronic assembly and testing where needed.
Assemble complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies following work instructions and/or drawings.
Inspect electronic assemblies for proper workmanship as defined in assembly procedures.
Implement Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement strategies.
Carry out assignments in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring work is in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and safety codes.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Clean and maintain the work area, and properly turn off and lock out equipment when applicable.
Adhere to production schedules and report material shortages.
Accurately document all required entries in an electronic Device History Record and assembly logs.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with regard to material labeling, SOPs, and proper segregation of material in the production process.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Be able to stand and/or sit for 10+ hours a day and lift up to 20 lbs.
Demonstrate good hand dexterity while working on small parts.
Operations may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, or steel-toed shoes.
