Schedule:Monday – Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPosition Summary:The Assembler is responsible for assembling small components with precision while working under a microscope in a clean manufacturing environment. Candidates must have previous microscope assembly experience and be comfortable sitting for the entire shift performing detailed, repetitive work.Key Responsibilities:Assemble small components according to work instructions and specificationsPerform precision assembly using a microscopeInspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are metFollow detailed assembly procedures and manufacturing documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstationReport quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisorMeet daily production and quality goalsFollow all company safety and quality proceduresJob Requirements:Previous experience working under a microscope is requiredPrevious small parts or medical device assembly experience is preferredExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to sit for the entire 8-hour shift performing repetitive assembly tasksAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
