We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in assembling products, maintaining production quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain production quotas and efficiency standards

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
