Staffing Needs Regent Cabinet Solutions has an immediate need for approximately
15 Assembly Associates to support its production operations. All positions are considered temp-to-hire, providing associates with the opportunity for permanent employment.
Job Responsibilities & Work Environment- Associates work in an assembly-line production environment and are required to stand throughout their shifts.
- Typically, two associates work together at each assembly station, positioned across from one another.
- As cabinets move down the production line, associates are responsible for assembling and installing various components.
- Work involves using basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, electric screwdrivers, and rubber-handled mallets.
- Certain positions, particularly at the end of the assembly line, require consistent lifting. Two associates work together to remove completed cabinets from the line and place them on pallets.
- The work is generally straightforward, with an emphasis on dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain production pace.
Schedule & Compensation- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Lunch: One-hour paid lunch
- Breaks: Two additional breaks throughout the shift
- Saturday: Voluntary overtime opportunities available
