Kelly® is looking for a General Production Worker to work at a premier manufacturing client in Romeoville, IL. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16–$17 per hourShifts:

1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm ($16/hr.) 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm ($17/hr.)

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You’ll be:
  • Performing assigned job duties as directed by your supervisor in accordance with Safety, Quality Assurance (QA), and USDA rules
  • Producing quality products that meet all customer and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively communicating with your supervisor
  • Following specific directions and fully understanding training on safety, QA, and USDA rules
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area at all times
  • Assisting other employees and supervisors as needed
  • Performing tasks efficiently and keeping pace with the production line
  • Adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including proper hand washing and hygiene
  • Following all USDA guidelines and reporting any food safety or quality issues
  • Complying with customer requirements when applicable
  • Upholding and maintaining the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing
  • Taking on other duties as assigned or volunteered for

  • Are available to work either 1st or 2nd shift as scheduled
  • Have a HS diploma or GED
