Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

What You'll Do as a Assembly / Crating Technician:- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine assembly instructions
- Assemble sheet metal components using various hand and power tools
- Perform quality checks to ensure assembled products meet company standards
- Operate equipment such as presses and drills
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow established safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
What You Need to Bring to the Assembly / Crating Technician Role:- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or related experience preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates are welcome
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and work orders
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools #WorkinRogers
