About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our warehouse team in Barberton, Ohio. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as managing inventory and verifying incoming shipments. The position emphasizes maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments
• Sort, count, and inventory products accurately
• Perform inventory control and cycle counts
• Label, package, and stage products for shipping
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse handling equipment such as carts and dollies
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment and follow safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and inventory management
• Ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment
• Capable of handling items up to 40 lbs
• Available to work on a 5/2 schedule
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to start immediately or as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cold storage environments
• Previous experience in general warehouse or storage roles
• Experience with shipping procedures and inventory counting
