Job Overview
Seeking an Assembly Painter to prepare, paint, and finish manufactured components in a production environment. This role involves surface preparation, coating application, and quality inspection while supporting daily manufacturing and assembly operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on painting or coating experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, sanding, and other preparation techniques.
Apply coatings using conventional, airless, or powder coating equipment as required.
Operate spray guns, hand tools, and power tools to complete painting and finishing tasks.
Read production documents, compare colors, and inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respiratory protection.

Requirements
Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production painting preferred.
Knowledge of surface preparation, coating application, and painting equipment.
Ability to read production documents, follow instructions, and inspect work for quality and accuracy.
Ability to safely operate painting equipment and tools while following PPE and workplace safety requirements.
