Communicate effectively with production personnel to create awareness of quality issues that leads to effective resolution.ResponsibilitiesBe able to read and comprehend checklist inspection points and locate the targeted area for inspection.Must have basic computer writing and language skills ability to enter data into a computer unassistedBe able to identify evaluate and determine the severity of a defect based on the Van Benchmark Catalog NQ rating scaleAbility to conduct needed inspections in the established takt timeInput defects into QSYS and on FBKProperly clear defects in QSYS and on the FBKBe able to inspect FBKs for conformance to stamping requirementsIdentify the correct process owner for a defect and communicate with themVerify correction of defects ifwhen corrected in-stationDetermine next process step for vehicles with defects light tunnelEOL only Qualifikationen 2 - 3 years manufacturing process experienceInspection experience preferredKnowledge in the application of quality inspection methodsBasic computer skills use of MS Office requiredAbility to work in teamsPeople and persuasion skillsAssertiveness in difficult situationsAbility to work with minimal supervisionThis opening is for Second ShiftWe are all in for change.
