Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift
Location: Randleman, NC
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
ResourceMFG is hiring Assembly Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in Randleman, NC. If you have mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with your hands, and are comfortable using tools and reading blueprints, this could be a great opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components
- Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and measuring devices
- Perform quality checks and identify defects
- Troubleshoot basic assembly issues
- Meet production, quality, and safety standards
- Work overtime as required

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Ability to read and use tape measures accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Resume required for consideration
