Location: Sturtevant, Wisconsin
Pay: $20.50 – $27.00 per hour
Shift Differential: Additional $1.50/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Pay & Work Schedule

Competitive Hourly Pay: $20.50 – $27.00, based on experience and qualifications.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (+$1.50/hour)

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (+$1.50/hour)

Overtime opportunities available! We have strong production demand and significant opportunities for additional hours and earnings.

New employees receive hands-on training on 1st or 2nd shift during their first month before moving to their assigned shift.

What You'll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you'll help build high-quality hydraulic motors used by customers around the world.

• Assemble hydraulic motors and components using hand and power tools.

• Follow clear work instructions and quality standards.

• Inspect components to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Work with your teammates to meet production goals.

• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.

• Learn new skills and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Experience is NOT required. Your attitude and willingness to learn matter most!

• Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn.

• Able to read and understand English work and safety instructions.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements: This is an active manufacturing position involving standing for 8–10 hours, repetitive assembly tasks, and lifting components up to 45 lbs. Essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
