We build brushless DC motors, turbines, and two-stroke engines for multirotor drones, fixed-wing aircraft, and robotic platforms, serving everyone from hobbyist builders to defense programs.

The Assembly Technician builds units at a mobile workstation on the Melbourne, FL site's line to released work instructions and standard time. The work is manual, repeatable electromechanical assembly with torque, potting and cure, burn-in and final-pack stations, on a benchtop-sized product that is a one-person lift. Reporting to a Production Supervisor, the Assembly Technician works on the direct-labor line alongside test, materials and quality staff. Assembly Technicians are measured on performance to the standard set by Talos Industrial Engineering.
Compensation at Talos Devices is based on skills, experience, and location, and includes equity. We offer a competitive benefits package including a 401(k), medical, and dental coverage.
