    Job Title: Assembly Technician (Mid-Level)

    Location: Indianapolis, IN

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    Work Type: 100% Onsite

    Job Description:

    Seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to assemble, test, and package complex electromechanical devices and electrical components. Responsibilities include building cable harnesses, reading wiring schematics, using precision measuring tools, crimping connectors, drilling, tapping, and assisting with automation system setup.

    Requirements:

    • Associate degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology with 2 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.

    • Hands-on electromechanical assembly experience.

    • Ability to read wiring schematics and use calipers/micrometers.

    • Experience with crimping, drilling, and tapping.
