Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Join a growing, high-tech manufacturing team where your work directly contributes to cutting-edge products in a precision-driven environment. This is a hands-on role working with advanced equipment, specialized materials, and intricate assemblies.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team with strong visibility, where flexibility, ownership, and technical curiosity are highly valued. This role offers the opportunity to expand your skills across both chemical processing and precision machining.

About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician (Array Assembly) to support production across two specialized areas: material bonding/assembly and precision cutting operations.

This role combines hands-on assembly, chemical handling, and operation of advanced machinery, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing production priorities.

This is a contract opportunity with the potential for direct hire for top performers.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble and test complex subcomponents in a precision manufacturing environment
  • Mix, measure, and apply specialized materials such as epoxies, fillers, and silicones
  • Operate advanced equipment including precision cutting systems and CNC-based machinery
  • Perform detailed visual inspections and functional testing throughout the build process
  • Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and engineering specifications
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation in digital systems
  • Support troubleshooting efforts in partnership with engineering and production teams
  • Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.)
  • Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, technician, or production environment
  • Experience working with chemicals, adhesives, or material mixing processes
  • Experience operating complex machinery (CNC, precision cutting equipment, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, delicate components
  • Comfortable working in a regulated or quality-driven environment (medical, aerospace, etc. preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings
  • Basic computer skills for tracking production and entering data

Key Traits for Success
  • Flexible and adaptable—able to adjust schedule or focus based on production needs
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • High level of precision and quality orientation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Compensation & Details
  • Pay: $25–$30/hour
  • Employment Type: Contract (with potential for direct hire)
  • Team Size: Small, collaborative manufacturing group
  • Schedule: Standard hours with flexibility based on production demands

Ideal Backgrounds

Candidates with experience in the following environments tend to excel:
  • Medical device manufacturing
  • Aerospace or precision manufacturing
  • Advanced electronics or component assembly
  • Any regulated, high-quality production setting
