The Assembly Technician will be responsible for performing mechanical assembly, calibration, and packaging of production items at our San Jose, CA Headquarters.
Responsibilities
Performs mechanical assembly on production items.
Assists in material and packaging processing.
Assists in the calibration of all Mountz products.
Conducts all tasks/responsibilities keeping always in mind the Manufacturing Department objectives and the continual improvement of Mountz's Quality Management System.
Supports and participates in the company's health and safety program.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Complex Mechanical Assembly
Simple Electronic Assembly:
RoHS-Compliant Assembly Experience
Handling and/or Inspection of PCBAs
Through-hole Hand Soldering
Hand-Soldering Wires Experience
Cutting, Stripping, & Crimping Wires
Pre-set hand-tool calibration
Hand-tool QC
Firmware Download into PCB
Prerequisites:
J-STD-001 Familiarity and/or Certification
IPC-A-610 Familiarity and/or Certification
IPC/WHMA-A-620 Familiarity and/or Certification
