We are seeking experienced Assembly Worker II technicians to assemble and integrate precision electromechanical equipment. The role involves mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, cable fabrication, electronics integration, and system verification in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components, chassis, precision motion stages, and related equipment.
Install power supplies, PCBAs, controllers, spindle assemblies, optical components, and sensors.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs).
Use precision tools and digital multimeters for assembly and voltage verification.
Support system integration, initial power-on, troubleshooting, and final quality checks.
Follow assembly procedures, quality standards, safety guidelines, and ESD protocols.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of assembly experience, or an Associate degree in a related technical field with 2+ years of experience.
Hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly, electrical wiring, or precision equipment assembly.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Experience with cable fabrication, crimping, soldering, and connector termination.
Familiarity with hand tools, torque wrenches, and digital multimeters.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience assembling capital equipment, scientific instruments, or test and measurement systems.
Familiarity with PCBAs, spindle assemblies, motion systems, optical components, and sensors.
Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and equipment verification.
