Assembly Worker / Warehouse Associate

ACHIEVE MORE WITH VOLTVolt is hiring for an Assembly Worker Warehouse Associate for a leading manufacturing facility in Aurora CO.As an Assembly Worker Warehouse Associate you will Assemble prepare and label shipping cartons according to packaging guidelines. Perform warehouse assembly packaging and shipping duties. Pull and organize materials from inventory and storage locations. Verify products cartons and pallet quantities for accuracy. Receive and inspect incoming materials and process returns as needed. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when properly trained and certified. Cut fiberglass insulation materials to specified dimensions after receiving proper training. Maintain a clean organized and safe work area. Perform general housekeeping duties and remove scrap and waste materials as assigned. Report equipment malfunctions production delays and safety concerns to supervisors. Complete carton packing labeling quality checks and production paperwork. Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by management.Schedule1st Shift 700 AM - 330 PM Overtime may be required. Start and end times may vary by up to 30 minutes based on production needs.This is a Full- Time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have Previous experience in assembly warehouse shipping receiving or manufacturing environments preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent attendance and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to workplace safety.Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors. Ability to walk bend stoop kneel climb stairs and use ladders as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to perform all essential job functions safely and efficiently.Work Environment Manufacturing and production facility environment. Temperatures may range from 70°F to 115°F. Work may involve handling fiberglass insulation materials. Required use of personal protective equipment PPE.
