Part-Time Contract RN Position: Nursing Assessments in Cache, Box Elder, and Occasional Weber Counties

Join Senior Helpers as a Flexible Contract Nurse Make a Difference in Seniors' Lives! Are you a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) seeking part-time, flexible contract work in Northern Utah? Senior Helpers is expanding our team and needs a dedicated professional to handle nursing assessments for our valued clients. This role offers 6-12 hours per month, with the freedom to fit visits (typically 30-45 minutes each) into your schedule while serving Cache and Box Elder counties, and occasionally Weber county.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, perform, and document initial and ongoing nursing assessments using our exclusive Life Profile platform, which includes thorough safety risk and skilled nursing evaluations.
• Conduct combined Life Profile and skilled assessments as a licensed medical professional for follow-up visits.
• Utilize WellSky for personal care documentation, plus access to our SHNU and SHWM accounts for scheduling, uploading client documents, and creating/editing care plans.
• Familiarize yourself with specialized training like Senior Gems for dementia care to enhance client support.

What We Offer:

• Attractive per-visit pay: $45-$60 per visit, varying by county and client (Private or VA).
