The Director - Asset Management will report into senior leadership and take ownership of a diverse residential portfolio, driving income growth and long-term value creation.
Lead execution of business plans across a portfolio to maximise net operating income and asset performance
Develop and maintain detailed asset management plans including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
Identify and implement value-add opportunities, operational improvements, and strategic repositioning initiatives
Review financial statements, investment reports, and joint venture reporting for accuracy and performance insights
Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates to internal and external stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally with acquisitions, finance, leasing, and operations teams to drive portfolio outcomes
Support acquisition and disposition activity through due diligence, underwriting insights, and market intelligence

For the Director - Asset Management we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline
Strong experience in residential real estate asset management, ideally within institutional or private equity environments
Proven track record of driving net operating income growth and executing asset-level strategies
Advanced financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting capabilities
Strong understanding of market dynamics, leasing trends, and portfolio performance metrics
Experience managing stakeholder relationships including lenders, investors, and joint venture partners
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
