Job Description
Asset Management Analyst
The Asset Management Analyst will report to senior leadership within the asset management function and play a key role in supporting the performance and growth of a multifamily portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive investment performance and provide strategic insights across the portfolio.
- Conduct financial analysis and asset performance reviews to support business objectives.
- Assist with the management and optimisation of multifamily real estate investments.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis and industry benchmarking.
- Prepare investment, operational and portfolio performance reports for leadership teams.
- Support underwriting, budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- Participate in property inspections and site visits to evaluate operational performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute value-enhancement opportunities

For the Asset Management Analyst we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience within asset management, real estate investment, acquisitions, underwriting or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data sets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of multifamily real estate investments is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
