Asset ManagerThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join a well-established real estate development firm based in Texas. The company specialises in high-end multifamily assets and is seeking a professional with retail experience to oversee a portfolio of assets within mixed-use developments.The Asset Manager will report into senior leadership and be responsible for optimising portfolio performance across a diverse real estate platform.Responsibilities include:Leading the execution of asset-level business plans to maximise value and returnsMonitoring property performance, including income, expenses, leasing activity, and capital projectsPartnering closely with property management, development, and leasing teams to drive operational outcomesOverseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across assigned assetsIdentifying value-add opportunities including repositioning, redevelopment, and operational efficienciesSupporting financing, refinancing, and disposition strategies where appropriatePreparing and presenting asset performance reports to senior stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
