Asset Recovery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Asset Recovery Manager to oversee asset placements, coordinate with field repossession agents, and manage recovery performance across a national network.
This role requires strong experience in skip tracing, asset location, and working directly with repo agents to assign and manage recoveries.
You will play a key role in ensuring efficient placement, fast recovery timelines, and consistent communication with agents and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skip tracing to locate assets
• Assign and manage repossession orders to field agents
• Coordinate directly with repo companies to ensure timely recoveries
• Monitor status updates and follow up on active placements
• Review accounts for accuracy prior to assignment
• Communicate with internal team and partners regarding recovery progress
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company procedures
• Resolve issues related to recovery delays or disputes

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in:
  • Asset recovery, repossession, or forwarding
  • Skip tracing
  • Working with repo agents or recovery vendors
• Strong understanding of recovery workflows and timelines
• Familiarity with tools such as RDN, Clearplan, DRN, or similar (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
