About the Role
The Member Experience Assistant Manager supports the overall success of the branch by focusing on daily operations, frontline leadership, and service excellence. This role provides direct supervision to branch staff, ensures operational accuracy and compliance, and helps drive performance related to member experience, growth, and productivity.
The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in maintaining efficient branch operations while coaching employees to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base range for this position is $62,315.00 - $70,000 per year excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
