The City seeks an accomplished local government leader who combines broad administrative expertise with practical, hands-on experience. Serving as a trusted thought partner to the City Manager and a key member of the executive leadership team, the Assistant City Manager will coordinate City administration, support budget development and monitoring, and advance cross-department initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative relationship builder and systems thinker with experience in process improvement and project management.

Significant, progressively responsible municipal leadership experience, including at least five (5) years of executive leadership experience and responsibility for organization-wide initiatives, is desirable. Experience as an Assistant or Deputy City Manager, department director, assistant director, or comparable executive is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in public administration or a related field is expected.

The salary range is $238,688 - $290,126 (currently under review) + competitive benefits. This recruitment will close 11:59 pm on Sunday, November 22, 2026.
