A leading $30B real estate private equity platform is expanding its Boston finance team and hiring across three Assistant Controller opportunities.

This is a strong move for a Big 4 Manager or fund/management company accountant with 5–9 years of experience looking to move into a stable, growing investment platform with better work-life balance, strong exposure, and a path toward Controller-level roles.

Three teams hiring:

• Flagship Fund Accounting – Support a $14B flagship fund with accounting fully in-house. Complex fund structures, capital activity, reporting and financial oversight. 35–40 hour weeks outside of quarter/year-end.

• Upper Tier Accounting – Exposure to investment vehicles, ownership structures, equity method accounting, partnership capital accounts, financial statements and complex legal entities.

\n

• Corporate / Management Company Accounting – Broad exposure across management company accounting, financial reporting, operations and firmwide initiatives.
