Salary: $125K–$140K + 20% Bonus

Assistant Controller – Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and investment structures.
• 
  
• Prepare and review financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership while overseeing annual reporting processes.
• 
  
• Manage treasury and liquidity planning, including cash forecasting, capital funding, debt servicing, and other significant transactions.
• 
  
• Oversee accounting and reporting for marketable securities, private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.
• 
  
• Partner with internal teams and external advisors while mentoring accounting staff and driving process and reporting improvements.
• 
  

Assistant Controller – Qualifications:

• 
  
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with strong multi-entity, investment, and financial reporting experience; family office exposure is highly valued.
• 
  
• CPA required with strong treasury/cash forecasting and advanced Excel/financial analysis capabilities.
• 
  
• Prior experience leading people, projects, and/or external advisor relationships with the executive presence to work directly with senior stakeholders.
