Assistant Controller – Manufacturing (Full-Cycle Accounting)



Salary: $130,000–$145,000 + 15% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller – Manufacturing (Full-Cycle Accounting):



  • Lead full-cycle accounting including GL, journal entries, and reconciliations

  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes

  • Oversee cost accounting, including standard costing and variance analysis

  • Monitor and reconcile inventory, WIP, and fixed assets

  • Partner with operations to improve cost controls and efficiency



Qualifications for the Assistant Controller – Manufacturing (Full-Cycle Accounting):



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 7+ years of accounting experience with manufacturing and cost accounting focus

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and inventory/cost accounting

  • Experience with ERP systems
