Target Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 base salary plus bonus potential and incentives

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:

• Lead and manage the finance and administration team.
• Oversee accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage accounts payable and support customer invoicing, project setup, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with external tax, audit, and accounting partners.
• Support operational and financial initiatives while partnering with executive leadership.

Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably within small to mid-sized organizations.
• Public accounting audit experience or a combination of public accounting and industry experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience supervising staff and managing accounting operations.
