  • Partner with site leaders to validate KPIs, interpret results, and provide actionable financial insights.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls across both sites; support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and costing standards.
  • Serve as a key finance lead in the rollout and optimization of Oracle Fusion, including process mapping, data validation, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting quality.
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure analysis.
  • Partner with Operations & Supply Chain to monitor inventory, WIP, material usage, scrap, and labor variances; ensure accuracy of standard costs and burden rates.
  • Maintain ERP data integrity including work order accuracy, routings, BOM structures, material transactions, and labor reporting.
  • Review planned vs. actual production execution and collaborate with Production and Planning to address delivery, efficiency, and cost gaps.
  • Support cycle count execution, inventory reconciliations, and support quarterly/year‑end physical inventory requirements.
  • Analyze COGS, production accounting KPIs, yield performance, and cost trends for reporting to the GM and Division Finance.
  • Investigate and resolve ERP and transaction discrepancies impacting WIP, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances.
  • Support financial system enhancements, operational integration projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross‑site alignment on production accounting standards, inventory controls, and ERP best practices.
  • Travel up to 15-20% to support month‑end close, operational reviews, audits, system implementations, and cross‑functional projects.
  • Follow PPE requirements in production areas and champion a safety first culture.
Qualifications:
